What We Believe

We are a fellowship of believers devoted to the glory of God through the faithful proclamation of His Word, the making of disciples, and the building up of His church in love and truth.
Our convictions are rooted in the full authority of Scripture and the hope of Christ’s soon return.

The Bible

We believe the Holy Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments are the inspired, infallible, and inerrant Word of God—our final and sufficient authority for all matters of faith and life (2 Timothy 3:16–17; 2 Peter 1:20–21).
The faithful exposition of Scripture is essential for the health of the church. We are committed to teaching the whole counsel of God so that believers may be equipped to rightly handle the Word of truth. As we grow in our knowledge of Scripture, we grow in our knowledge of God Himself—and that knowledge transforms us, shaping us into the likeness of Christ.
Our study of the Bible is not merely intellectual, but devotional and life-shaping, drawing us nearer to God in worship and obedience.

God

We believe in one living and true God, existing eternally in three Persons—the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit—equal in essence, power, and glory (Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19).
He is sovereign over all things and accomplishes His purposes for His glory and the good of His people.

Jesus Christ

We believe in the full deity and humanity of the Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, sinless life, substitutionary death, bodily resurrection, ascension, and personal, visible return in power and glory (John 1:1–14; 1 Corinthians 15:3–4; Acts 1:9–11).

Salvation

Salvation is entirely the work of God’s grace.
We are saved by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone, to the glory of God alone (Ephesians 2:8–9).
Those whom God calls He regenerates, justifies, sanctifies, and glorifies. True faith results in obedience and perseverance.

The Church

The church is the body of Christ, composed of those who put their trust in Jesus. The local church is the visible expression of that body, which exists for worship, discipleship, prayer, fellowship and the proclamation of the Word under the leadership of qualified elders and deacons (Acts 2:42).
Each believer is called to serve and grow in maturity for the edification of the body.

Men and Women

Men and women are created equal in worth and dignity, yet distinct in role and design (Genesis 1:27; 1 Corinthians 11:3; 1 Timothy 2:12–13).
These distinctions reflect the goodness of God’s created order and display the loving harmony within the Trinity.

Discipleship

We believe the Christian life is a life of continual growth. Discipleship is not optional but essential—learning, obeying, and teaching others the truths of Scripture.
As we know more of God’s Word, we come to know more of God Himself, and that deepens our worship, strengthens our faith, and shapes us to live for His glory.

The Future

We look for the blessed hope—the personal, bodily return of our Lord Jesus Christ before His thousand-year reign upon the earth (1 Thessalonians 4:16–17; Revelation 20:1–6).
We await the resurrection of the righteous to eternal life and of the wicked to eternal judgment (John 5:28–29).

Unity and Fellowship While we hold our convictions firmly, we extend fellowship and grace to all who hold to salvation by grace through faith in Christ, including those who differ on secondary matters such as baptism or end-times details, provided they affirm the authority of Scripture and the bodily return of Christ.
